The Company holds a diverse portfolio of mineral prospects spanning two worldclass mining jurisdictions, the USA and Canada. They include promising lithium prospects (x3) in Nevada, USA, and a diverse portfolio of titanium, rare earth elements, graphite, and fluorspar properties in British Columbia, Canada.

Management & Directors

Tom Lewis
President & CEO
Tom has more than 40 years experience working in the Mineral Exploration and Oil & Gas industries throughout the world. He has worked in various capacities with junior and mid-tier producers, and been associated with numerous resource definition programs and discoveries. Most notable was Nevada Gold Mines Goldrush deposit (>10.5 million ounces Au), where Tom was the Project Geologist directly responsible for planning and drilling the first three intercepts.
Tom has extensive experience across resource types, as well as knowledge and experience in the mining friendly jurisdictions of Nevada and British Columbia, Canada. This gives rise to the diverse property portfolio Lithium Corporation currently possesses. This diversity ensures the Company has prospects of interest that balance the portfolio during market segment downturns to ensure the continued health and prosperity of the Company.

Brian Goss
VP, Business Development
Brian Goss is a seasoned geologist and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the North American mining industry. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Wayne State University, Brian began his career as a contract geologist at Kennecott Exploration, where he contributed to the early exploration stages of the Eagle Mine in Michigan. He later relocated to Northern Nevada, working as a staff geologist for Centerra Gold Inc., contributing to the expansion of the REN gold deposit.
In 2008, Brian founded Rangefront Mining Services and co-founded Rangefront Wheels, both premier, Nevada based, geological services companies that cater to a diverse clientele in the mining and minerals exploration sectors. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the companies’ growth and success. Brian has also held executive roles at various companies, including serving as Interim CEO of Kraken Energy Corp., and President, Secretary & Treasurer of Lithium Corporation (between 2014 and 2017).
Brian’s extensive experience and strategic vision make him a valuable asset on the boards of several companies, including Lithium Corporation and Summa Silver Corp. His contributions to the field have been instrumental in advancing numerous exploration projects across the western United States and Canada.

James Brown
Director
James is a professional mining engineer with extensive operational and development experience in the mining and exploration industries in Australia, North America, and Indonesia. During this time, he held positions of increasing responsibility from front line mine planning and supervision, land acquisition, government approvals and mine and business development. He was instrumental in bringing the Pilgangoora lithium mine in Western Australia into production.
James is a seasoned mining industry leader. He raised more than $200 million in investment in the sector and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). James is currently the Managing Director of Morella Corp., (ASX:1MC), an Australian mining company focused on lithium and battery minerals in Australia and the United States, and sits on the Board of Sayona Mining Limited, (ASX:SYA), currently developing the North American Lithium (NAL) project in Quebec, Canada. James also is a member of the Board of Directors of Lithium Corporation.
